Do I have to pay a co-pay at each office visit?

• Yes. As contracted with your insurance company your co-pay is to be met every visit.



Will I have any additional charges after co-pay is met?

• ​ This is a frequently asked question,  but there is no straight forward answer. Some plans charge a co-pay and co-insuarance for procedures . Additional charges are based on your medical coverage and it is best to contact your insurance provider with any questions regarding your plan.

Why did I receive a statement with such a large balance?

• Every year your deductable starts over, this may be the reason for your balance to be elevated more than a co-pay or co-insurance.
